help please with eurovox ex1000sl (desparate)

help me please i have a eurovox ex1000sl and have all channels apart fron channel 5, which says "no audio/video data" as i said all the other channels are fine, just this 1 i cant get, any of you lovely people know how to solve this problem.

ps. i had this channel aswell up until today.

have you tried factory reset then rescan or deep scan m8

yes do as andy says , if that don't work goto scan for new channels red button might find it
