Flashing problem ex5100

Hi

I am flashing my new EX5100 and when i click on download is says COM3... instead of Version 2.10 detected...

so i click on start, and nothing happens

please help

Go into device manager of pc and select com 3. then try again.
The pc and box must see the same com port.

SLOWLY, OUR FREEDOM IS BEING ERASED.
SOON, WE WILL JUST BE A NUMBER.
IF WE DON'T FOLLOW, WE WILL BE ERASED.
