Well what channels are you trying to get?
On 28.2 ( satellite a sky dish points too ) you will only get FTA.
Infact very very few european still available on keys too,,, only 0.8w ( sometimes called 1w ) left that is worthwhile.

I think you have a load of reading still to do....

really you should read before you buy.....

answer is yes you need to move dish,,,,
and sky dish wont prob be big enough to hit 0.8w

Try reading the box instruction manual at least for how to add satellites..
