hi can anyone help i keep getting a RUN TIME'75'/PATH/FILE EXCESS ERROR when windows starts don't know how to sort this

have you installed some software prior to the error appearing.

Look at your startup control panel , the reason you get this error is one program starts auto with windows and either program doesnt have full administrator rights and or looks to be written with visual basic for previous platforms which might not be compatible with your version.

Like dasteph suggestted, if you have installed any programs lately check them first.
