Bad Signal problems on Eurovox 5100

    Hi,

Firstly thank you for all the invalubale posts. I have just got my box and updated my firmware. I have done a scan and i get the full quota of channels but impossible to watch due to bad picture and sound. I live in NW london so the rate is 6.887, i have changed the rate to this value. However once the scan is complete i can see that the rate in 6.957. The signal is over 80% in most channels.

Has anyone got any suggestions, thanks in advance

If you get picture and sound you are on the correct bit rate, are you having problems with pixelation, IE the picture will go into dots, if so its the cable in the street problem.
