loss of channals

hello,this morning i did a scan and lost 3 channals ive done umptein scans and cant seem to get them back thy are bbc 3 and 4 and fx hd, can anyone shed any lite on my problem .....thanks

Ive had the same problem with BBC 3 and BBC 4. Just do a scan after 7pm (when these channels are on air) and your box should pick them up.
