HELP! ex1100 usb new firmware!

hi every1 im pretty new to all this but i have put the ex 1100 epg fix061106 onton my box and it has not fixed the epg if anything there is no epg at all can someone help me please and tell me where im goin wrong fanks

did you do a factory reset after you flashed with the firmware

i put the firmware onto my memory stick then put it in the ex1100 n upgraded by usb then i did a factory reset i had the beta firmware on before i did this after i flashed me box then i did a power scan also slot card in out has come back! but the epg has not got better it doesnt show anything any help would be really gratefull i just want it right i must be doing something wrong thanks

I had the exact same problem. I never had the slot in out problem and then when i installed the latest firmware it started occurring. Only thing that worked for me was to go back to the old beta firmware and wait for something better to be released

Can someone tell me how you do 'factory reset'?
