euro vox max red is saying no transponder

euro vox max red is saying no transponder after loosing some channels i flashed with red max software now no channels an it says no transponder please help

Don't have Eurovox but I think you need to do a powerscan and select the symbol rate i.e 6952 or 6887 depending what area you live.

looking at the rear of the box the feed is in the top left m8 rf
