where can i get a new ex6000 remote???

try where you bought it. but bear in mind these are not eurovox, they were going to be called maxx, the real one is out in january. depends now if you can get the people who made these to give support and replacements.

The original factory was Integra. The people working for them split up and worked elsewhere. Now, Integra was the original factory, but the importer allowed both factories to make the products, so this is a genuine product. Integra say the EX6000SD is a copy. When they release their LN receiver(maybe LAN capable) in 2010, if the other factory had a site, no doubt they would say that the EX6000 LN is not an official receiver, but the truth is that it is an official receiver because its been approved by the Eurovox importer. Basically, both factories dont like each other.

this was told to me by eurovox importer, the one with ethernet out in january, dont want any, no your wrong, your right etc, thats what im told. not told about trouble from factories, just saying what i was told.

Well all im saying is the eurovox importer who told you was talking utter tosh and there is no way on earth the 6000ln is n3 ready, cs capable is not quite the same thing.
