S*y Sports 1 & 3 freezing on Eurovox 7000HD

for the past week s*y sports 1 & 3 is freezing say every 5 seconds, it is only for a mili second or so, but very annoying, anyone have any ideas ?
i have deleted these channels and re-scanned them in, but the same thing is happening.

There are loads of reports of Sky sports 1 and 3 freezing all over the place for all different boxes, best guess is that it's a problem with the initial satellite feed.
