when watching movies on the movie channels i sometimes get commentary on them its not on the same channels just random anyone got any ideas why and can i stop it

press the red button and select an alternative audio stream. it sounds like you are listening to the audio description stream.

I have the same problem but when I press the red button it offers me as lnguages English or unknown, unknown makes telly mute. Am I doing this right or am i being stupid. The box is a Eurovox MAX

its only on some channels go to a movie channel and press red you will see what we mean m8

not sure the procedure for eurovox max mate you could always ask the question

its the same procedure for the eurovox max 2008 ,press red bitton and change to the other audio setting then press ok.
