Manchesters low flying triangle.......

Im going back a good while now,to about the year 2003.I worked throughout the night usually,but this paticular night i was at home and couldnt sleep.I went into the kitchin,and opened the gback door...I was stood half in/out the back door when i saw this plane flying in a stright line from the north of the city towards the south.It got nearer and i couldnt believe what i was seeing.It was flying low,and i mean very low,aprox seven stories up,almost touching the chimney pots......It got right over=head.It was huge,black,and triangle in shape.The oddest thing was as it flew over,you could hardly hear a sound,just a slight humming...Then as it moved south it dropped what looked like a small fire bomb in the next door but one neighbours garden.As the plane went away in the distance,what it had dropped was smouldering away in the garden.I wanted to go and see what it was,but i was bricking myself.The family who lived in the house with-in a few weeks,had there house almost re-built,and a new patio.Always wondered if they got paid for something...Wonder if anybody else has seen this in manchester....
