Hi there not used my box for sometime,not in the country most of the time, kids can not be bothered, but i need it, , turned it on recently noticed most channels are scrambbled does this mean it needs updating, is there a new update, only one i keep droping on is dated 2008. also picture quality is vey poor , does anyone have any ideas please...regards

when was it last working ok. if your getting bad picture, i would say cable issue, thats why your losing channels and getting bad picture, or if your using splitter, try direct feed and rescan.

mark cheers for that, i have removed the spliter and done a scan, picture qual, better but not brilliant. most channels are scambled, ilast used it about 6 months ago..
whats this nagra3 i keep seeing, does this mean we wont beable to view anything at all. are the boys beaten or just need time to resolve this nag ???????????
