can anybody help i have just got my box and plugged it in and tried to install it but its not getting channels it comes up no transponders and i don`t know what to do can anyone help ?

I had the same problem i had to download the firmware and up load it on to my box hope this helps

i had the same problem I had to change the frequency to match the area. I am now geeting scrambbled channels can anyone help.

I have updated the firmware but not helped?

I seen your other post. Are you sure you updated it. Press menu, config and system info. Post what it says please.

You need to flash it with the latest firmware, which is DarX. You will find it in downloads.

i have the new firmware on from b4 think its from last year or is this the newer 1 now also when i flash it do i have to do facrory reset is they any way of saving my channels so i dont have to sort them in the order i like again cheers in advance oh 1 more thing do i have to have my box plugged into the power when i flash it again cheers
