Adding 2M National 21.6E on TM5400CI Super

Hi All,

Im trying to add this channel to my receiver but am having a bit of trouble.

The satellite has moved to 21.6E and am getting 97% signal but when i add the transponder details and symbol rate for this channel (11653 - 15714) nothing happens.

Could someone please advise where i am going wrong?

what size dish have you got mate as in the north 1.5mt is listed as smallest for 21.5E if when you scan it comes up with nothing it means the set just cant pick it up for whatever reason.

what TP were you getting 97% on if that was signal strength ignor it its the quality reading that counts.

Im using a 1 metre dish and im in kings Lynn (East of england)
Im just doing a blind search now so il post up after what transponder i was getting that reading on.

I wanted it for the man u game but have found it on eurosport on 1W anyways but would like to have this chnnel set up if possible for future games.

hello mate,
I"v found that with a blind search you can pickup 19.2E channels it must be reflections or the like even though I was on 21.6.

no I havent what I meant was blind searching 21.6E was swamped by signals from 19.2E.

according to lyngsat its on a west africa beam so as fearona says you wont get it unless you get a bug

I got a high gain 1mtr dish and icecrypt 0.1db lnb and I can only pick up between 4 and 12 channels from 21.6 and even then it only about 50-56% signal.
