    hi can anyone help please I am trying to download firmware for my EUROVOX 1000SL BUT EVERY TIME I PRESS DOWNLOAD I GETMESSAGE CAN`T FIND COM PORTS BUT I GO INTO DEVICE MANAGER AND THEY ARE THERE WORKING OK I AM STUCK NO IDEA WHAT TO DO

      have you got a null modem cable

              what is the baud rate set to on your com port mate, i think it needs to be 9600..

                  i have read about people struggling to flash there box through usb connection i dont think its the most reliableget yourself a null modem cable about ?2 off ebay
