r4i not reading in dsi

hi there my son got a r4i card for christmas for his dsi and it worked fine for around two weeks and for some reason it stopped working just a white screen so we tryed it in our daughters ds lite and it works fine. so we replaced it from the person we got it from and this doesnt work either but does work in the dslite. any help would be good as were a bit lost of what to do.

there is a new up date by ndsi if you have up dated it then the r4i will not work untill new software comes out keep a look out mate

hi there tanks for the reply but thats the thing its never been updated because we have never connected it to the internet.
so im still stuck any help would be great.

ask a stupid qes have you put the right software on the card there are more clones about than the real ones

that im not shore but i thought that but then it did work for around 2 weeks then stopped so i didnt no if my son has done anything to the dsi.
