spent all morning setting my dish up ran the cable connected everything up, went into tuner configuration tuner on my box and it says nothing connected is that a problem with my cable running or maybe my fitting of the f-connectors cheers guys

You have cable connected to motor then to lnb? Do you have another receiver to try?

have you pressed left or right by any chance. there are options under tuner config. single/multi lnb and nothing connected

yes the cable is connected to the motor then the lnb, no i did not know that about the left and right buttons will try that cheers

Default shows as nothing connected and you have to manually move left and right to the correct settings
