EX5000 recording and watching another channel

Hi all,

Recently bought the Eurovox 5000 PVR and have updated the firmware (thanks to this forum ). I can record fine, but when I record I find only a limited set of other channels are available to watch.

What I would like to have is the ability to record one channel and watch any other channel. Do I need to buy a better box?

yes m8 this only has one tuner so you can only record what on the same transponder you view

its not like sky+
