tm1500ci patch

Hi All
Can someone please tell me if a programmed cam will open more channels for me than my patched 1500ci (patch 304)
If so, which cam and software is best and what channels are available?

hi and welcome. there is a new patch available in the dowloads section(305p) that will open jsc sports/art/sct/bis-tv. have you got a motorised dish or fixed, cant say to much about cams and programmable cards as i dont have one but the gamma card seems to be the best available although there is a new one on the market which opens the the channels that the patch does and csat france and orange pl with more promised.

I haven't got a motor yet -I'm just swinging the dish by hand on a pole stuck in the garden! The intention is to get it mounted properly and fit a diseqc motor over the next few weeks.
I can't find the new patch you referred to - the latest I can see is the 304p (Sept 09). Could you give a link please?
