lost chanels

I live in glasgow and have a eurovox 7000 and a dbox but have lost some channels s@@ sp@@@ 1 & 3 most discovery and others.
I have updated the firmware and was working ok then started yesturday lost channels.
HELP !!!!!

looks like nag 3 is hitting your area, time to look into sat mate, was good while it lasted.

what do you mean nag3 theres no nag3 in glasgow yet and no new cards issued either. im in glasgow and all is fine they just moved a few channels about. do a factory reset, then deep scan. then download the glasgow cdf from the download section and get back up and running again. honestly some folks on here are paranoid with all issues surrounding nag 3

download the application called '' Voxer'' from the download section

and then open the CDF file via that apps and send it to the receiver.

click on the arrow which is highlighted on teh image in yellow below once u have open the Cdf file via the file menu

you have to conect the box using the RS232 cable.

to your computer

Pen drive is NO GOOD.

check vermin website to see if ther are problems, or ring them, there will be a recorded message telling you of any issues.

or just try factory default and rescan.

u can connect the Box via com port using RS232 cable.

into the com port of your PC

if you dont have a com port then u need to get them Adapters which converts a RS232 into a USB
