hi guys have bhv12 on my dreambox dm 800 strange thing when download or try to set up epg via hiphop the box crashes and sends a error report to dream any ideas as always thanks the rock

if your using black hole 0.12
box connected to the net
press blue button twice >black hole epg panel>chose path to save epg>sat-mate.sky.uk> press ok then yellow to download epg
i think this is right of the top of me head

can not seen to find the sky epg in the system any more info would be great
