EX7000hd recording wont play

I have a ex7000hd with a 320gb WD my passport hard drive, I have had the box for a few months now with no problems what so ever until now, I recorded a program friday night which showed up on the box as recording but when i went to watch it the box is now showing i have no programs saved. i have plugged the hard drive into the pc and all the files are still on there but none are showing up when plugged in to the cable box.

Has anyone else came across this problem its doing my head in.

hi m8 same here ive recorded stuff or so i thought, red recording light on but when finished theres nothing there what firmware are you using !!

i'm using the sep 09 firmware. its recorded the programs they even show on the pc just nothing on the harddrive when connected to the box
