EPG on 500s on 28.2

Have done a search but cannot find info on how or where to get full epg running on 500s on 28.2 east!
Think i def read it somewhere before, but being quiet new to the sat side of things, cant remember where i came across it!
I'm running Gemini 4.2 on a clone 500!
Any help or pointer would be appreciated.

Installed cccam from d/l manager, but cannot figure out how to start it on Nabliosat image, blue buttong does nothing.
Anyone please?

Press blue then left or right untill you see the cam the ok to start it

Heres the story, had genini 4.2 running no probs, cccam running.
Tried 3 diff d/l 's of Nabilosat Darkstar 2 and flashed via dreamup, downloaded cccam via addons but when i press the blue button to start cam on each of the nabilosat images I flashed, the screen goes goes blank for 4-5 seconds and then picture back on again.
Have i got the wrong image for my 500.
Also tried the one from DK and getting the same result!

ok sorted, i flashed over gemini without doing flash erase, so it was holding onto settings, just done factory reset, blue button is alive now!

Thanks to 'JaCkPoT' for leading me towards the Nabilosat image, epg on most chans, now and next, that'll do me perfectly!
Happy all along with the TM and now with the 500, think i'm all setup now before the demise of chxxus mmds with the dreaded N3!

hi mate,
being playing around with this for a while now now and cannot figure out how to get 7 day epg working, when i try to set it up on extra setting, it only has 'Hardisk' as location for files, do i have to have a pc running as a server for this? or is there any other way as i only have a lappy!
Also noticed when i select chans to display epg they are the sky italian package!
Do you know if there is any step by step guide out there for noobs to sat like me?
(I know- alot of questions!)

from what i can remeber you press the yellow button for the epg.

on the right at the bottom it should show the day of the week you are currently on. i think you press the blue button to select the day youwant to view for.

other than this i think you may have set it up wrongly.

but im not sure

ok here goes:

press the yellow button.
select weekepg 3.1b
you have the dialogue box on the left
if you press green for channels that gives you the list of channels for the epg

goto set up.
i think the only thing you change is 'IT' to 'UK' then save.

to use the epg from the tv screen..
press yellow - weekepg 3.1
then channels- then select the channel you want the epg for then press ok.

in the bottom right hand corner you select the day you want the epg for then go thru your channels again.

Ah, thanks a mill mate, I actualy had the weekepg plugin already downloaded, but i was trying to get it through the red button.(too used to the cable scene). So thats why it was showing only now and next!

Hey Tom, I'm not following you around the threads .
I've got a dm500s with nabilo darkstar 2, like you I've only got now and next. To get the EPG , I just go into d/l nabilo plugins? and do as Felix says above, yes?. I'm fairly new to this sorry.

Ok guys,went to download week EPG3.1 and it says, darkstar 2 users, make sure to disable epg cache first, I'm lost, where do I do this ?
