    WAD files

I have a wii 4.3e with homebrew and can play 'backed up' games from my hard disk.

I can't find a process to allow me to play WAD files.

Does anyone know where I can follow a process to get this set up.

Thanks, my wii system is 4.3e

At the moment I don't have a wad manager utility.

I am looking for advice on which one I should get + also instructions on how to use it + how to get a wad game as a channel on my wii.

        thanks,

ok rizlaskinz, was right then if all you want to do is install wad files and install games as a channel then you need this Digital Kaos - Downloads - custom wad manager 1.4 extract it and put the folde in the apps folder of your sd card, the wads you want to install go in the wad folder on your sd card, start homebrew channel and start wad manager, select ios 249 and sd slot should be default then press a,navigate down to wad folder and press a,navigate to the wad you want to install and press a,make sure it reads install and press a,when installed press home button, done

Great, thanks very much, much appreciated.

Is there a way to get them on to hard disk rather than just on an sd card?

Easier would be to not upgrade at all, or downgrade your wii

I really wish we didn't have to go through all of these updates. =\

But I digress. Thanks for the info and the help! =D

I've followed this to the letter, as soon as I installed the .wad, it get a "system memory is full error" it then takes me to the data management menu, if I delete the channel the game has created and then try and run it from the SD card as a channel, i still get a system memory saying it requires 278 blocks to run then gives me options of "auto manage" and something else. Basically it wont load any wad games. any help would be appreciated.
