first of all what size dish are you useing?
from the uk you get most the horizontal chns
with a 1.2 dish at certain times of the day but
you realy need a dish of 1.8 mtr to 2.4 mtr the more north and west
the bigger the dish you need as for the channels on Nilesat 101 (7.0?W)

I am an expat living in Slovakia and have a 1m motorised dish.
I think i was getting 7W when OSN or Orbit Showtime was fta during a promotion. Also have a 2.4m fortecstar dish pointing at astra 28.2. I have been trying to get 2D on astra for bbc etc using a humax foxsat hdr and this did work for about a week last summer between 7pm and 10pm but since then i have not been able to get 2D. Just got a Sky+ box and freesat card and can now watch itv,five and sky 3 on that and using the technomate with a softcam for digi etc on 1west but have noticed bbc entertainment which is similar to bbc1 on 7W which would give me eastenders etc. There are keys mentioned on other sites for this but not sure if i can add them on my technomate. Any comments appreciated.

Ok Thanks Anyway was hoping i might get it as its on so many sat feeds. Have found some biss codes on other sites but not sure if there good. I read they only work for a short time. tried one but cant add the TP info on my tm31OOD when entering under cas menu and apparently 8280 does not work for this box. Thanks Again

Biss keys last a very long time, its ccw/dcw that are short term.

Oh Ok thanks, Is it worth searching for them do you think. When you say ccw/dcw is that under my cas menu as CONSTANT DW.

should say cass and biss. If not biss then thats where they go.

Sorry to rack your brain but if i enter a constant dw key and i have all the below info do i just go to the channel then cas menu then constant dw then enter the prov id given and the hex. ignoring the other info.

just 32 digits no provider should be needed. Make sure you are on that channel. how old are those dcw keys?

hi m8, on the tm3000 series enter the dcw/ccw key in the biss menu. take no notice of the ccw/dcw menu which is in the CAS menu along with the others(nag2,via and so on)

Ok thanks will try that, tried them in constant dw and they did not work so will try them in biss tomorrow. a pain as my motorized system only seems to want to pick up a small arc of sats at any one time despite multiple adjustments. getting 1W, 4.8E and others nearby at moment but when i pan further east or west i have to adjust the horizontal dish angle slightly.
