hi guys can anyone fill me in on whats occurring in the tv world at the moment? my channels have all gone, i know i might need to put the latest dec09 firmware on my box and re scan will this solve it or is it something different i need to do?

the same has happened to me and im in the South West. Either its new patch time or the big day has arrived for total encryption.

I live in manchester and i've not got my new card yet, so for merseyside do a factory reset and deep scan an you should be right! if that don't work give the firmware a try!
