Just taught id add this to help anyone that needs.Im now flashing with a laptop with pcmcia card with no probs.The key is to install the card.Device manager,disable card.Go into windows folder,system 32,drivers,remove vsmraid driver,download uniata driver and rename vsmraid,place in drivers folder mentioned.Now go back and enable card in device manager...
