big network problem with Dm 800 hd clone

hi i have network problem in Dm 800 hd it workt good for a month and it stop working,

I did a network test, these where my results, I have also lost my channels

LAN Adapter
Intergrated Ethernet/ and theres a tick in the box

Local Network
connected/ and theres a tick in the box

DCHP
enable/ and theres a tick in the box

IP Address
unconfirmed/ and theres a X in the box

Namesever
unconfirmed/ and theres a X in the box

Sounds exactly like the problem I have.I'm using a DLink USB dongle with the RT73 chipset,it sees my network but won't connect to my router which is 10 feet distant from it.Does the DM800HD require a LINUX driver for this dongle???Any help very welcome,incidentally the integrated ethernet facility on the DM works fine!!Cheers Chas.

tell you what i found .. sometimes you would have to rebbot the box a bit to connect ..also start the wizard settings from scratch ..


just little tips to use ..

i never used the dhcp ..just put in manual ip for dreambox away from anything else ..oviosly name server should be i p of router ..yes ..
