Is it possible to sort channels within favourites ??

I first downloaded a channel list , then created a favourite. Noticed a few channels were missing so scanned the satellite, then added the missing channels to the favourites.
But now the list isn't in alphabetical order ?

What's the easier/fastest methot to get the list sorted by channel name ?

when you are on a particular satellite press the ok button on your remote, you should at the top of the screen have options for each of your colour buttons on the remote 1 of these should be Alphabetical.

on non linux receivers (1000 5000 6000 series) press OK then the green button

on linus receivers, press up or down, green, highlight the satellite you want services option (EG 28.2E Astra2 Services) and press OK
I break my stuff, so you wont have to

It didn't show me those options. Green was "satellite", no other option appeared.

The channels on the satellite page are in alphabetical order. The channels on the favourites are in order they were added.

this is in a linux box by the sounds of it

press up or down to access channel lists, now press blue to access your fasvourites lists, highlight the one you want to move channels round in and press OK

once you are in your favourite list, press menu, then highlight 'enable move mode' and press ok, now highlight a channel you want to move, press ok, use up/down to move to desired location and press ok again

when done, press exit to return to viewing

sorry I didn't mention it ealier. it's a TM 600 ! Not tried moving it yet via the enable move mode, but it looks like a lot of work especially when there are 20-30 channels to be moved.

the strange thing is that channels don't keep a fixed number, when they are on a favourites list they have a different number than if I select them from a satellites list
