DM800 and sky

Hey guys,
just bought dm800hd and scanned astra28.2e.
loaded up around 180 channels so lots missing,ie :sky sports movies,hd's....ya get idea.
anyways i had dm500 while back so not new to this but forgot a lot what i learnt back then so just need to know is there another sat scan i need to load to get the rest of missing channels.

any tips will do.

if its only one satellite you require its down to your settings mate try advanced an change settings hope this helps i will give you better instructions later good luck mate

are you sure your dish/lnb are ok? if you swap back to the dm500 do you get all those missing channels?
is the cable connected ok?

it was the settings,i started playing around and things started to come back to me.vant remember off top of head what it was but i got em all now.
