Cant save lost channels

Hi id lost sky sports 1,3 i did a factory rest and a rescan and recovered the channels but the problem im havin is when i reload my channel TBN to put my channels in order like before i lose them channel's again how can i recover them lost channels and save them to my existing channel tbn, iv also done a user installation to see if i get duplicates of the channels but i dont iv even tried fast installation and deep installation with no luck.

hi m8 take a note of the frequences then when you reload your tbn add them manually scroll to the frequences you have added press ok to check them then press the green btn to scan them sorry its the blue btn to scan them

did it and now change ?? sly sport 1 and 3 is scrambled
