how to get dstti card working on a dsi v1.4e

hi a mate recently got a dstti card but needs to get it working on his daughters dsi which is on v1.4e,he said its working already on the ds lite so what does he need to do in order to get it going on the dsi?its defo a dstti card and not a dstt card in case anybody is wondering,cheers

ok when i try to update the card in a ds lite the screen just goes white and stays that wayanybody any ideas?

ok just spotted that it was on v1.17a so put on v1.17 and when i go 2 update it says fake card?what the f*ck do i do now?the games will still play away on the ds lite but how do i update it so it will play on the dsi?
