    Default PPD1.3 A4 B7 2.0tdi BRD 170hp help needed

    Hello all!

I've recently bought myself an Audi A4 B7 with 2.0 tdi BRD engine which has Siemens PPD1.3 ECU
    ECU part code 03G906018AQ

As far as I can tell the car has been remapped with a 6% increase in IQ and turbocharger air quantity. The EGR has also been blocked/bypassed and DPF emptied and EGR has been coded out which is alright by me.
The problem is that the remapper has also made that the turbo does not work until the coolant temperature gets to 30°C.
I understand that cold thick oil does not lubricate turbocharger and it would be best if it's bypassed until the car is warm but I don't really give a f*ck because the car is meant to be used and I'll change the turbo if it wears out. It's dumb to not be able to accelerate for the first 5 minutes.

So could anyone please fix my map so that the turbo works even when cold?
BIN file read with MPPS V18, I'll happily provide additional information.
    Thanks in advance!

I've included original (car's) .bin file in the main post but here's a reference file I compared the car's ECU .bin file to.
