2023 Kia Forte blank screen S tool

Hello, was working on this cluster today 23 Kia Forte with SF Tool and it looks the same as 2021 and 2022. Ran it same as I usually do, on the bench but got ping error when soldered to board.

Tried running another Forte option with the +, -, can hi, can lo with 120 resistor and the screen went blank on read. I got seed/key error when trying to read.

The rest of the cluster still works fine but just the screen is blank. Any ideas as to what went wrong or how to fix?

I see. okay, I have canfd adapter for my dash coder tool. I will try that way.
