Vito W639 EZS R270

Hi,

I need to clone EZS module from a Vito W639. Ref.: 6395450108. MCU MASK: 1L02M. R270 programmer read flawlessly the R2 chip, where immo info is stored. No joy with R1 MCU. Connections were double-checked. I can't get to read neither of the R1 MCUs (original EZS and replacement unit), but I can read the R2 MCU on both units. Some people on this forum had issues to read any of the processors. I just can not read ONE of them. Programmer gets stuck on "Waiting.. decoding" screen and then it shows the message "read error" Any hints?

I think I solved it. I have read somewhere that this MCU has to be heated up in order to get the programmer to read it. Believe it or not, it worked. Gave it several tries. No heat-> no read. Heated MCU-> read.

Now at least I have a dump. Can someone confirm this readout is correct?
