Clio mk2, ecu, uch blanked

Hi peeps

Help finding the tutorial would be appreciated or basic steps I'm needing
so I can start searching for correct information needed

I'm just starting out

Have a clio mk2 that had a doner working ecu and uch and the original ecu and uch without a key

I now have no working pairs as both uch are now blank (much have got the uch mixed up when I was experimenting

Tools I have are, im508, obdstar db master plus and a lonsdor

I've tried with my basic knowledge to get a uch to add a key but nothing because it's blank and not talking to the ecu

Is they away to have my kit fix this or if not what direction should I be going in

From my little understanding, I flash the 93c66 chip with a virgin bin file then put into car and the ecu will auto configure it, is that correct?
