Default Saturn Ion with 95040 93c66 and vin 2006

I'm working on an Ion 2006 with a replacement salvage yard cluster. Will the odometer be corrected by the BCM if I just install it? Or is the vin stored in the 93c66 and should it be changed? Should I write the 93c66 original backup to the salvage yard cluster? Sorry I uploaded the BCM file and forgot to backup the 93c66. Thanks in Advanced.

The owner put the salvage yard cluster in while the car was running. After turning the car off and back on thr odometer updated to the original miles. IDK if changing it while it was running helped or not. Funny thing is that he even had the wrong part number
