    Default Seat Ibiza mileage change

    hey guys!

im kinda new to all of this, ive replaced my seat's vdo because it was faulty and i need to know that if i can program it somehow. I've picked up a ch341a mini programmer made some mods for it to read the 98c86 chip. If i'm right its the eeprom for the vdo and thats what i need to read in order to change mileage. I'm going to attach the file i read from the eeprom. can you tell me if this is what im looking for or is it in another chip? Thank you for helping, i would like to learn how these things work.

    Greetings from hungary!

Im using AsProgrammer for it how can i read it in BIN? do i need something else for it? AsProgrammer only allows me to save it without any .bin extensions.
