Autel IM508 CAS3+ISTAP downgrade not working!

Hello friends, today tried to make remote key(no keyless) CAS3+ISTAP (OM23S) for BMW116 year 2005 using Autel IM508 and XP400PRO. Orginal remote is working but car does not start. Not with orginal remote and not with programmed aftermarket keys. I will upload files. anyone.

Please explain in detail. What do you mean by "car does not start" ?

Does the key turn on the ignition ?
Does the ELV unlock ?
Does the dash ligh up ?
Do you get any error signs on the dash like a crossed out key or a crossed out steering wheel ?
Does the engine turn over when you press the start button ?

5) car turns over when pressing start button.
6) aftermarket key position 9 does not work at all.

Youre cas was wipe out you dont have isn and crc is not proper. Flash is broken too i can repair if you send full dump from dme.

Haven't had the time to check your files but if the engine turnes over with the original key you could try to resync the CAS with the ELV and the ECU.

First put a battery booster to the car and first try to sync the ELV and the CAS. If that does not help try to sync the CAS and ECU next.

As Fred77 said, year 05 the CAS should not be encypted if everything is stock.

Are you sure that the tool downgraded the flash in the process ?

try to read isn from dme.

Assume Actel can read ECU ISN.
Remove ECU from car and do on bench to be safe

Then remove CAS from car and read with VVDI Prog (or equivalent)
Also take pic of CAS label.

Post here there are very clever people

PS maybe you found Autel bug or maybe CAS unit was replaced and upgraded.
2008+ is when encypted CAS started (in normal world)

Think you've been unlucky here maybe tool bug but then others will face same issue n report -then we know
