    Default BMW F20 2018 35128WT CG pro

Hi, I used Yanhua emulator for 35128WT. ID and DATA is written with Yanhua tool. First time start car everything ok, with new mileage. After second time starting the car the cluster stays black.

Other member of forum said yanhua emulator is shit and suggested CG PRO. So i ordered one.
Anybody knows CG pro process. Its shows three modes (1,2,3) which one to modify for mileage?
I tried CG pro Mode 2 read, change km then write, but tool says 5-40min writing OK but no progress is shown.

    How to proceed?

    Use mode1
    Solder eeprom to 35160 adapter
    Read
    Save
    Change km (starts erase procedure)
Takes a while sometimes need to put hot air on chip for short periods

Use vvdiprog and vvdi2 to reset km on fem

If dump use km location in increment are , you can't to do this cg-pro away also another tool can't rewrite increment , best chouse new one 35128 or high quality emul .

If dump use not increment area ( like v2 ) , in here no problem rewrite and for this no need any emul or other crap , also cg-pro and other tool can do this without problem .

How did you get on with this?

I also have a g30 with 35128 chip. It only shows the correct current mileage in mode 3 using CGPro. Has anyone tried to write in this mode before?

The dump doesn't look like either type 1 or 2, could someone have a look and be able to provide any help or insight on this dump and confirm if it will be safe to write?

@crazy1822, sometimes I use CGpro and have success with reading writing (V1 and V2), sometimes I use yanhua tool+emulator without any issues (V1 and V2 and no black screen etc).
Your dump is V1 and check if Mode 1 will read/write. It should tell you correct mileage when read, else try mode2,3. Then Write km. Be prepared: If you fill in mileage in gauge CGpro it will write immediately!
Bosch cluster with 35128WT is easy, other tools can also write eg. DP4 elprosys

Anyone have a source for new 35128WT and success with writing with CGpro?

    @bob191919 thank you.
It's a Bosch cluster. The correct mileage is only visible under mode 3. Incorrect mileage shows under mode 1. So it should be safe to write under mode 3?
