BMW G SERIES with 35128

Will a 35160 emulator work with 35128 eeprom?

I have a G20 to modify but not a 35128 emulator at hand.... it is possible to have this working ?

Also... I have VVDI Prog to read/Write 35128. A straight copy/prog will be enough in order to transfer all the info into the emulator?
I see no options for ID or any separate portion of the memory to be copied or programmed... Thanks
