I am new to the ECU world, the eco in my car is acting nuts..... My only solution is to clone since there are one used one available for cheap -- part number 07K906055P -- and my question is

I did some research and looks like pcmflasher is a good tool for this job, since I can mach the part number. what are my compatibles choices?

    I wanna hear some options......

To be able to clone your ecu you need to have the exact donor hardware (partnumber).
Otherwise the software will not run at all.

You will be dissapointed of pcmflash when the eeprom read will be full of FFFF... ktag is better choice. And you can make immo off on the second ecu.

No because different HW ecu means different SW runs on which most likely is not very compatible with your engine.
It might start but run very poorly.
