I'd guess you've provided correct numbers, but a very common problem is 'code entry procedure' (particularly the last highlighted bit)

Code Entry

STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS

Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" 0000 " with the 1st digit flashing
Rotate " Thumbwheel " For First Correct Digit
Press " ? " On The Stalk Control To Enter - first digit
Rotate " Thumbwheel " For Second Correct Digit
Press " ? " On The Stalk Control To Enter
Rotate " Thumbwheel " For Third Correct Digit
Press " ? " On The Stalk Control To Enter
Rotate " Thumbwheel " For Fourth Correct Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
