Peugeot 406 coupe dashboard

Hello, i changed dash.
I losy clicking sound when blinker is on, fuel reserve light is on when my tank is full, stop sign blinks when engine off, when engine is of my computer shows: braking fault, oil pressure insufficient, batter charge fault. I haven't seen these faults when I had my old dash. Any suggestions? Please help me
