W211 E220 CDI YEAR 2002 REMAP NEEDED

Is anybody here professional enough to do a stage 1 with DPF Off and hardcut limiter on 4800rpm?
i have paid almost 400 euros for this remap to all kind of "remapers" here and i just want some who actually can do it. I am okay with that to pay for it again but first to test map. ANY PRO HERE? tnx and rep guaranteed
