Audi A3 1.9TDI 90hp 2000 limp mode?

This car doesn't go more than 100kmh now, some weeks ago I could just turn the car on and off again and problem gone. I read it with vcds and this is what it shows :

19561 - Valve for Intake Manifold Flap (N239)
P3105 - 35-10 - Open or Short to ground - Intermittent
Readiness N/A

I believe this is whats causing the limp mode

What could be the problem and the solution to this and if possible send me a picture of the broken part.

And last question can I just turn off this valve and write the file with kessv2 or mpps and then the limp mode would go away.
I'm gonna check the wiring tomorrow aswell but in case theres nothing wrong with it I'll turn it completely off if possible
