    Default Boxer 2008 Swop BSi

Long story short the BSi in my 2008 Boxer III got the dreaded water ingress issue and stopped working (Immo light on and not able to bypass). Repaired all wiring that was also due and got a 2nd hand BSi - same model, serial etc and in good condition. Old BSi still operates when switching on but crank/no-start and has a lot of internal CAN issues.

    Questions -
    1. How do I virginize the new BSi
    2. Can I do a new setup on the virginized BSi via Diagbox and the s12xx interface cable
    3. Is there an easy way to just clone the old setup to the new one without de-soldering etc?

Would really appreciate you guys help!

Hi if your old BSI have communication with diagnostic equipment ...that you need IO Terminal or Smok to clone this one, without soldering anything

Would you mind explaining briefly how to do it? Just leave the old BSi in the car and connect with the SMOK interface then dump?
