Hello colleagues.
I need your help.
I have a VW Tiguan and I need to replace the ECU in it, the old ECU refused to cooperate, but luckily I managed to read it.
I need to transfer immo-data from the old to the new ECU, and I need the PIN for the new one. I know the PIN for the old ECU, read from dashboard.
My system MED17.5.5. / TC1766
Can I ask you for help.
All files in atachments.

How you got old ecu to communicate? I need to read out flash and pin code but can't communicate with it...
Thank you for this information
But, I still have a problem. With IMMO4 it is impossible to adapt the ECU in the car.
Maybe Online will be able to adopt, although I think that IMMO4 must be VIRGIN then, it won't work without it.
I turned off IMMO in the ECU and the car starts correctly
The problem is with ABS and BCM does not communicate properly with the ECU, Incorrect VIN in the ECU.
Could I ask for the VIN and IMMO to be transferred to the new ECU?
Hi.My ECU is dead. It doesn't work properly in the car.
But I read it on the table.
Scanmatic + PCM put the TC1766 into bootloader mode without any problems, and then it was read only.

Just to be clear. Is it possible to adopt used (donar) ecu without original ecu flash and eeprom data or new ecu only? Original is dead can't reed even through a boot mode...
All I got is a original eeprom data from original instrument cluster. If yes do I need odis engineering?
Test and report
Hi.
You cannot rewrite the EEPROM directly, the processor contains OTP.
You can change all CS/MAC/VIN values in the new ECU and the car should start.
ODIS won't help, only ONLINE coding.
It's easier to turn off IMMO in EE, then the car will start.
I'll try to test it today and I'll let you know.
Thank you very much

Odis can not do online programming? What soft can do? Thanks
