    Default 104 no download

I come back with same problem,

I change all the max's, UART, regulators and still the same '104 - can not download"

On diagnosis I have 9551 error
    On Caesar:
    SystemCheck :
    Check serial ... 0 Ok
    CAESAR HW Detection :
    D2Access ... 0 Ok
    D2DownLoad ... 104 - No Download possible

I use the notive com port of my laptop.
Sistem work perfectly with other mux.

    Thanks,

DAS will not work with serial cards using prolific drivers (USB to Serial)

DAS will work corectly for SURE with Express or PCMCIA RS-232 cards ("real" RS232) using mostly Oxford Chipset and coresponding drivers.

    Cheers

Could you please specify some of that cards please?

Im having trouble connection to the car this thing also and its most likely the USB to Serial COM cable... its a prolific ou something like it also have a ATEN or ATENA cable that dosent work.

Could you tell me where to buy that PCMCIA Cards ?

    Thanks

Anywhere that you see that the PCMCIA or Express card uses the Oxford chipset.

(I am not going to advertise !!!)

    You can not exclude possibility.

However can you post a picture of your LPT&COM section to see what com port you got there ??

Also you can not know what is the chipset inside from a photo !

Delock devices use Oxford. WIll PM you.

I'm having the same problem of error D2DOWNLOAD 104 no download possible, in CAESAR test.

I checked the cables and they are good, not sure if the china mux as fried or not, but I get the green ligth and in DAS it shows voltage, but after selecting the car it gave error 30 31.

I'm using DAS 3/2009, any ideia how to solve it guys?

PS: I will try with a PCMCIA card I have here with oxford chipset to see if is the onboard RS232 problem.

Try a good RS-232 - a real one (Oxford chipset is one of the best)

I used the onboard RS232 port of my toshiba laptop and worked for 1 year.

I also saw some mentioning on this forum that clone interfaces don't support the 24v of trucks and is what for I'm using in the last year with no problems!

PS: I will try the RS232 PCMCIA oxford, but any sugestion beside that?

    Thanks
